* Upon receiving your order and payment, we will begin creating it which takes on average 5-10 business days. And we will take figures to you and you can ask for two times of adjustment. Overall it will takes about
10-15 business days. Your product will then be shipped out, and a tracking number will be sent to you through email after the shipping.
There is a reference for shipping charges per unit of figures are as follows: 1 Shipping is made via Hong Kong Post Registered Air Mail.
USA: USD 15 per figure
International (all other countries): USD 15 per figure
If your order creation is completed, you will receive it in 1-2 weeks
(for USA).
2 Shipping is made via Hong Kong Post EMS/USPS Express.
USA: USD 25 per figure
International (all other countries): USD 30 per figure
If your order creation is completed, you will receive it in 4-5 business days
(for USA).
We will measure the package actual weight and get the exact shipping fee, the actual shipping fee maybe lower than or higher than the reference.
In some instances, there may be a customs charge applied to your package (very rare). This is the buyer's responsibility. PaymentPayment methods we accept : * Paypal - Only ship to your paypal confirmed address.
* Credit Card - You can make payment with your Credit Card via Paypal although you don't have Paypal account.
* Western Union Money Transfer or bank transfer for payment - Customer needs to pay the Westen Union or bank service fee.
How is the quality of your cute custom figures?
We are using high quality argil (Special clay) material to create the figures. Also our professional designers have a lot of experience
and the items are fully customized.
Do your figures come with a box?
Yes, we will use a box to ship it, and put some soft material into the box to protect the items.
But you also can buy a plactic display box.
If I order more than one item, will they be shipped all in the same package?
Yes, all your items will be shipped in the same package, unless the package is not big enough to hold all of the items, they will then need to be put in separate packages.
Do you offer Wholesale or Drop Shipping?
You may apply for a wholesale or drop shipping account only once you have made an initial purchase with us. But we may have new payment arrangement.
